• Acted as a key quality gatekeeper for IT global demand, ensuring adherence to company guidelines and standards. Provided expert technical, financial, and process advisory support to clients, facilitating efficient demand management, capacity planning, and pipeline tracking.

• Successfully realigned the NJHIM program, consisting of 15 projects with an $18M budget, by renegotiating vendor agreements to optimize budget control, enhance project delivery, and align with HITECH grant objectives and NJHIN strategic goals.
